As you can see, I really haven’t been in here very much posting. I have been so busy trying to get ready for the big day. I have been seriously busy shopping, cooking, cleaning and wrapping that I haven’t spent very much time online. But, the big day is almost here, so I would assume that life will get back to normal shortly. So until then have a great day and hopefully your not quite as busy as I seem to be.

I heard something on our radio that pleased me very much! I heard that Martina McBride is coming to town early next year!! This is such amazing news! We don’t normally get the big country stars coming to our town, so for them to announce that she will be visiting our city, I am just tickled pink. I am really hoping that I get a ticket to this concert. I really do believe that this will be a concert of a lifetime. Hopefully Santa or my husband is reading this. If you are…. you know what needs to be done.

The first day of winter is supposed to be December 21st, but I honestly think winter has already arrived. Right now as I sit here typing this post it is minus five degrees celsius, but we also have very high winds which is actually making the temperature a lot colder. I just came in from outside and let me tell you all, it is bitterly cold. Oh I know that living in Eastern Canada we are going to get the snow, ice and cold. I just wish it would hold off a little while longer. At least until the supposed “first day of winter”. Okay, enough grumbling for one day. I think I’m going to go lay under my warm covers and just wait for Spring to arrive.

Well I’m sure that many of you are like me and doing some massive cleaning just before the holidays. Well I have started my cleaning already and now have help in getting all this cleaning done and getting my house to smell just like Christmas. A couple of days I received a package from Febreze to try out and see what I thought of all these products. As you can see by the picture below, I received quite a few products. Although I was given these products to keep after trying them out, this post and the information that I am sharing is my true and honest opinion and I have not been asked to post in any specific manner.

So after testing out all the products that I received, I have to tell you all that I was highly impressed with each and everyone. The Febreze products were just outstanding, but since It’s Febreze, I really wasn’t surprised. The Dawn dish washing liquid and tablets worked as well as they promised, and the Swiffer duster delivered the results I was expecting.

I really have to tell you all, that if you have some Christmas cleaning of your own to do, then your really going to want to pick up a few of these products for yourself. Your house will thank you for it!!

For the past couple of weeks I have been tormenting myself over Christmas. I hadn’t done any shopping up to this point so I was getting a little anxious. So today I took the plunge and headed out to the stores. I bought quite a few things so I am now feeling a whole lot better about this upcoming Christmas season. Now all I have to do is wrap, clean and bake and I will be feeling a whole lot better.
